Strategy Guild is a project initiated by a web development company that was founded by a once-upon-a-time computer game designer and longtime PBM and RP gamer. Strategy Guild's vision is to provide online games that allow people to interact in ways that are not otherwise possible -- whether conspiring together on plans of galactic conquest or having a virtual beer in a café that is caught between two parallel dimensions.

StarCon

Built by a longtime fan of StarWeb,* StarCon was modeled after StarWeb's basic gameplay but goes far beyond, with revisions and additions calculated to enhance combat, including new character types and powers, new ship types, and more extensive "ancient" technologies. In addition, StarCon's turnsheets and order validation are accessible 24x7 via a web interface. The programmer and designer of StarCon is inspirationally indebted to the genius of Rick Loomis, the creator of StarWeb and the first person to professionally referee PBM games -- I, and many other game designers and programmers.
